How long will my order take to ship?
We have a 24-48 hour processing window for all orders regardless of their shipping method. That being said, we do strive for a sense of urgency on all orders and will always do our best to ensure a speedy shipment.
We process orders Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern). We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday and most major U.S. holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed at the start of the next business day (Monday unless it is a holiday).
Our daily shipping cutoff time is 3:00 PM (Eastern). If you receive a tracking number with a time-stamp after our cutoff time, your order has been prepped but may not leave our facility until the following day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are sent out using USPS Priority Mail which delivers within 1 to 3 business days based on where your package starts and where it’s being sent.1 However, it is important to note that this count begins once USPS has received the shipment (your order) at their USPS facility (in the origin location).
Depending on when your order is placed and received by USPS will determine the total wait time for your order. Usually within 4 to 6 business days of placing your order. We do understand that problems occur and we will do everything in our power to track the progress of your order. We want you to enjoy your vape mail as much as you do!
APO/FPO: For orders shipped to military addresses, the shipment can take up to 15 days in transit. If we could speed this up, we would. But we truly appreciate your service and patience.
Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout the United States and Canada. This covers all 50 States in the U.S, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO & FPO addresses.
Do we require a signature upon delivery?
Yes, all orders come with a signature requirement. This allows us to ensure that our customers receive their products instead of someone else intercepting them. An adult signature is required on nicotine products.
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account in the “My Account” page or by clicking here.
Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office. There are no updates in between. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.
USPS offers speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make the mistake of incorrectly routing a package. Unfortunately these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays by USPS.
We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are nonrefundable through us. However, the shipping methods listed below are guaranteed directly through the shipping carrier with certain exceptions. These exceptions are usually weather delays and failed delivery attempts. Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
