Should any product(s) fail to be in good working condition during the warranty period, we will replace the item at no charge to you (excluding the shipping to return the defective product) as long as the products have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, accidents, disaster, or any type of non-GreenSuppliesOnline authorized modification or repair.
I received a defective product, what do I do?
If you received an item that was defective or dead on arrival, contact us immediately to get your replacement expedited!

Please note that we cannot accept any returns that have signs of use; such as used material in the chamber, residue, or any other substance(s).
What can I expect to happen once I contact Customer Support?
The first thing we work to do is understand your concern and diagnose the defective product. Hopefully, we’ll be able to resolve the issue quickly and you won’t need to get it replaced.
Unfortunately, sometimes Murphy’s Law can get in the way. If your product happens to be defective, we’ll send you an email with directions on how to send in your defective product. Once we receive the defective product and confirm it’s faulty nature, we will rush out a new replacement right away. Our primary concern, is getting you back to your happy vapin’ self.
